I've done TV, print, digital and social campaign work; helped clients get into Yahoo!, Entrepreneur and CityLab; reported from the London Olympics; published academic research; pitched (and won) new business; and interviewed a presidential candidate. I do a bit of acting, and I once breathed fire.
I've done branding and campaign work; secured placements in or ghostwritten articles for Yahoo!, Entrepreneur, CityLab and other outlets; reported from the London Olympics for an NBC affiliate; and interviewed a U.S. presidential candidate. I also once breathed fire.
I survived grad school
I studied strategic communication at the University of Missouri School of Journalism, developed integrated marketing campaigns, didn’t get enough sleep and often ate cereal instead of cooking dinner.
Bread and Butter
I can get the point across
Ad campaigns, web copy, fundraising appeals, media kits, content calendars, social posts. I’ve done ’em all. I'm well-versed in AP style, but I'm not a stickler when it comes to grammar.
I have a few other tricks up my sleeve
Like Creative Suite, MailChimp and Wordpress. I also code a little, but on a scale of Bloomberg to Zuckerberg, I’m still closer to the mayor of New York.
